Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging (if possible)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number/email)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@nylumelighting.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- A quick reason for the return (optional)
- Photos if the item is damaged/defective
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the return is because you changed your mind, the customer pays return shipping.
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return or send a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, return your order and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of heavy use or damage after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank again
- Contact your card company (processing can take time)
