    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email used at checkout.
    Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

    Incorrect Address

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
    If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damage (product + packaging)

    We will send a replacement or issue a refund if eligible.
